Our NSX gauge cluster overhaul service restores both functionality and appearance. The process includes:

• Complete Disassembly & Inspection – The entire instrument cluster is disassembled to inspect all components, identifying any damage, worn parts, or common failure points.
• Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Repairs – We diagnose and repair common failures such as constant warning light illumination, intermittent gauge operation, and power-related issues.
• Speedometer & Tachometer Calibration – The speedometer and tachometer are recalibrated to ensure precise readings, correcting any discrepancies.
• Lens & Dial Restoration – The gauge faces are carefully cleaned, the polycarbonate lens is polished to remove haze and fine scratches, and the housing is thoroughly washed.
• Humidity Damage Mitigation – Some NSX clusters absorb atmospheric moisture, leading to needle misalignment over time. We take preventive measures to minimize this risk and ensure long-term stability.

This service is available for both left-hand drive (LHD) and right-hand drive (RHD) NSX gauge clusters. If your instrument cluster is malfunctioning, we can restore it to OEM-level performance and appearance.

Overhaul process takes approximately 7 business days for completion. Though this can vary depending on each cluster.
