Meet the New MITA 02 Wheel
Last month, we launched the newly redesigned MITA 02 Wheel. This wasn’t just for looks; this was driven by our desire for every small detail to match exactly to the original design. We found key areas to refine the wheel without compromising on performance, resulting in a wheel that’s better than the previous in all the right ways.
We reworked the spoke shape to stay true to the original look while still offering brake clearance for BBK setups. Another key update is the switch to ball-seated lug holes instead of tapered lugs. These changes resulted in a lighter wheel, ideal for those who value responsiveness and performance.
The color options were narrowed down to just three: Championship White, Washi Grey Metallic, and BMW Asahi Silver. We kept only the most essential, timeless finishes that truly complement the 02 wheel. For drivers seeking something extra personal, you now have the option to include the NSX-R logo on any finish.
We also repositioned the etchings to create a more cohesive look across our entire wheel line up. This small change ensures that every MITA wheel follows the same design and is instantly recognizable.
