Installing 02R NSX-R Accelerator Pedal Cover

Our team is proud to remanufacture the 02R NSX-R pedal cover to a superior cover that is stress-free to install and doesn’t require any modification. The installation process with OEM pedal cover is difficult and involves multiple steps. Following is a brief explanation of some of the tasks involved:

The OEM pedal is attached to the bracket, requiring complete removal

There is accelerator wiring that needs to be handled with caution; reinstalling the wire is difficult

Pins, bolts, and springs need to be removed from the original pedal, then added to the new replacement one

Changing the pedal cover involves removing the unwanted cover plus attaching the new one

It’s easy to make a mistake during installation due to the various parts and complicated bits. An error during installation can cause further problems such as an unuseable accelerator.

Drivers can expect a much simpler installation with MITA 02R NSX-R Accelerator Pedal Cover. The cover features locking screws which gives a rivet look without actually riveting. Lastly, two washers are included with the cover to make installation easier and more secure.
