OEM Honda NSX-S / Zanardi Suspension Set

Description

OEM Honda NSX-S or Zanardi Suspensions. This suspension is the same shock and spring set as found on both the Japanese spec Type-S and ultra-rare American Zanardi version NSX.

These special edition NSXs put a higher priority on performance over comfort. To increase the NSXs already high handling capability, Honda went back to the drawing board with the suspension;

The front spring rate is almost twice as stiff (103%) compared to the standard NSX, while the rear spring rate increased by just over a third (32%).

The shocks compression and rebound rates were adjusted accordingly to compensate for the new performance gains with the front receiving a greater change over the rear.

Another benefit of the Type-S/Zanardi suspension set was gained when Honda lowered the ride height by 0.4” (1cm). This gives the NSX a more aggressive look while improving the center of gravity.
