Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy:

Thank you for considering MITA LLC for your purchase. We aim to provide you with an exceptional customer experience, and to ensure clarity, we have outlined our shipping, returns, and refund policies below.

Shipping:

Most orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. The majority of orders are shipped within 14 business days, unless the item is on backorder or considered a special order. If you require a part for a specific date, kindly contact our sales team to confirm availability and arrange express shipping. Please note that we only ship to the verified billing address of a credit card and to the cardholder. Our default shipping method is standard air freight, unless an alternative is specified.

Returns:

Your satisfaction is essential to us. If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match the description, please contact our customer service team within five days of receiving the product. We gladly accept returns of unused and unopened items within five days of the purchase date. It’s important to note that a 20% restocking/cancellation fee applies to any returns or cancellations of MITA original products including pre-order items. 

All returns are subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to refuse any return or charge a restocking fee. Please be aware that we do not accept returns on OEM Honda/Acura products or any products from our aftermarket partners. Special order parts are also not eligible for cancellations or returns. Furthermore, we are not responsible for manufacturing delays, scheduling, or any other issues related to manufacturing. We cannot guarantee that a part will be delivered on or by personal deadlines. 

Refunds:

Refunds are subject to our payout schedule, which occurs on the last day of each month. International and Canadian customers are responsible for paying their customs, duties, and brokerage fees, as MITA LLC is not responsible for these charges. Nonpayment of fees will not constitute a return. If products are returned due to nonpayment of fees, the products will be forfeited to MITA LLC, or the customer can pay to have the items reshipped.

No Warranty:

MITA LLC does not provide warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, nor does it guarantee that its products comply with laws, regulations, or ordinances in the states where they may be sold to the ultimate purchaser, the consumer. Therefore, the retail purchaser, buyer, and ultimate consumer assume the burden of the entire cost of any necessary service, alterations, or repairs. MITA LLC advises consumers and customers that all products purchased in the State of California must conform to specific vehicle code sections. Please consult local and state laws for more information.

Duties and Import Fees:

MITA Motorsports or MITA LLC (MITA合同会社) is not responsible for any duties or import taxes that may be imposed on shipments sent. These charges are determined by the customs agency of the recipient’s country and are the responsibility of the recipient. MITA Motorsports or MITA LLC (MITA合同会社) has no control over these charges, and they vary by country. Therefore, we recommend that you check with your country’s customs agency to determine these additional costs before placing an order with us. Please be aware that failure to pay any duties or import taxes may result in the shipment being returned to MITA Motorsports or MITA LLC (MITA合同会社), and we will not be able to refund any shipping or handling fees in such cases.

“AS IS” Items

“AS IS” items are sold with slight imperfections but are fully functional. These imperfections are cosmetic and do not affect the usability of the product. All “AS IS” items are sold without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

All sales of “AS IS” items are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. It is the buyer’s responsibility to acknowledge the “AS IS” items upon receipt, and any concerns about the item’s condition must be addressed prior to purchase.

MITA Motorsports shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or installation of “AS IS” items. By purchasing an “AS IS” item, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.

Price Matching:

MITA Motorsports or MITA LLC (MITA合同会社) offers a price matching service to ensure our customers receive competitive pricing. However, please note that we only price match with certified websites. To initiate a price match request, the competing website must be a recognized and certified vendor. The following conditions apply:

• The competing website must be an authorized and certified retailer of the product in question.
• Price match requests must be submitted before the purchase is made.
• The product must be identical, including brand, model, color, and specifications.
• The price on the competing website must be publicly advertised and verifiable.
• Price matching is not applicable to clearance, closeout, refurbished, or liquidation sales.

MITA Motorsports or MITA LLC (MITA合同会社) reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the competing website and the accuracy of the pricing information.

Price matching cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers.

Responsibility:

We are not responsible for products not manufactured by MITA. Any issues related to quality or fitment should be addressed with the original manufacturer. MITA LLC has the right to charge the customer for any changes or rerouting fees that apply for any packages that fail to comply with FedEx’s requests for needed paperwork and are subsequently rerouted to be sent back.

Social Media Sales:

Please be aware that any sale conducted through a social media outlet such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. is subject to and bound by our terms and policies.
